Requires schools to obtain separate written parental consent for each new service provided to students under the Medicaid to Schools program, with each new service defined by a distinct Medicaid International Classification of Diseases (ICD) diagnostic code

Expands legislative oversight by requiring annual reports on the Medicaid to Schools program to be sent to education and health and human services policy committee chairs in both chambers, in addition to current recipients

Amends RSA 200:27-a to mandate explicit written parental consent for each new diagnostic billing code for any medical or dental treatment provided in school settings

Takes effect January 1, 2026
