Removes the requirement for municipal overseers of public welfare to submit annual reports to the Department of Health and Human Services detailing the number of persons supported and the cost of that support by July 1 each year

Repeals RSA 9:9-e, eliminating the Department of Health and Human Services' obligation to produce 10-year demographic cost projections for legislative reporting

Updates RSA 9:9-f to remove references to the repealed DHHS demographic projection requirements while maintaining other 10-year cost projection reporting to the legislature

Requested by the Department of Health and Human Services to eliminate obsolete reporting requirements

Fiscal impact estimated at less than $10,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2029
