Increases the penalty for failing to stop for a police officer (fleeing from pursuit) from a class A misdemeanor to a class B felony under RSA 265:4, I(c)

Elevates fleeing from an officer that results in injury or death to any person from a class B felony to a class A felony

Removes the previous distinction requiring "serious bodily injury" for felony charges; now any injury during flight triggers the class A felony penalty

Maintains existing penalties (class A misdemeanor) for other violations such as failing to comply with officer signals, directions, or traffic control devices

Requested by the Department of Safety with an effective date of January 1, 2027
