Modifies RSA 595-A:5 to change who must be present during search warrant inventory creation, replacing "the applicant for the warrant" with "a law enforcement officer making the search"

Adds a new provision allowing inventories for warrants involving electronically stored, remote, or off-site information submitted electronically to be made without a witness, provided the law enforcement officer attests to its accuracy

Maintains existing requirements that inventories be verified by the officer and that copies be provided to the person from whom property was taken upon request
