Allows courts to retain jurisdiction over violations of conditional release terms for delinquent minors (RSA 169-B) and children in need of services (RSA 169-D), provided the violation is filed during the conditional release period

Amends the definition of "conditional release" in both delinquency and children in need of services statutes to clarify court authority over release violations

Adds new jurisdiction paragraphs to RSA 169-B:4 and RSA 169-D:3 explicitly granting courts the power to hear conditional release violations

Applies to cases where minors are returned to court for violating conditions of their release and face potential changes to their disposition

Effective date: January 1, 2027
