Repeals RSA 160-C:13, which established the permissible fireworks advisory committee in New Hampshire

Removes the requirement that the commissioner provide notice to the permissible fireworks advisory committee when suspending or removing fireworks from retail sale due to safety concerns

Maintains the commissioner's authority to suspend or remove permissible fireworks that pose an imminent threat to life and property, based on recommendations from the state fire marshal or director of state police

Takes effect 60 days after passage
