Eliminates several unclassified state positions from RSA 94:1-a, including wardens at the NH Correctional Facility for Women, Northern NH Corrections Facility, and NH State Prison-Men, as well as the state fire marshal and director of fire standards and training

Adds new unclassified positions including deputy director of bureau of facilities maintenance, assistant commissioner at the Insurance Department, and deputy warden at NH State Prison-Men

Reclassifies several existing positions to different salary grades, including corrections wardens, fire safety officials, and the director of legal services division for children, youth and families

Increases maximum salary ranges for medical examiner positions in the Department of Justice: associate medical examiner to $300,000 (from $240,000), deputy chief medical examiner to $320,000 (from $260,000), and chief medical examiner to $350,000 (from $300,000)

Takes effect July 1, 2026, with fiscal impact indeterminable but funded through General Fund and various agency funds
