Appropriates $25,000 for fiscal year 2027 to the Trauma Kit Fund, though estimated costs are $52,657 based on 453 public school buildings requiring kits at $116.24 each

Takes effect July 1, 2026, with the Department of Administrative Services responsible for determining the number of kits required per school and prioritizing placement
