Expands authority for advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) and physician associates to document lasting medical necessity for vehicle equipment waivers for persons with disabilities, extending the waiver period from 2 years to 4 years

Authorizes APRNs and physician associates to certify that immunization against a particular disease may be detrimental to a child's health, granting medical exemptions from required immunizations

Currently only licensed physicians can make these certifications; the bill adds APRNs licensed under RSA 326-B and physician associates licensed under RSA 329-D

Medical exemptions from immunizations remain temporary and disease-specific, lasting only as long as the certifying provider determines the immunization would be detrimental

Takes effect 60 days after passage
