Updates New Hampshire's fire code by adopting the 2024 editions of NFPA 101 (Life Safety Code) and NFPA 1 (Uniform Fire Code), replacing the 2021 editions, and ratifies all amendments approved by the board of fire control as of December 31, 2025

Requires fire departments to report all incident responses to the state fire marshal within 10 days, and mandates immediate notification when fires appear to be of suspicious origin or result from design

Authorizes the state fire marshal to charge inspection fees for electrical and mechanical safety inspections requested by property owners, local code enforcement, or contractors

Allows the state fire marshal to conduct local fire code inspections when local fire chiefs are unavailable for three business days, with applicable fees charged to the requesting party

Permits the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification to share business contact information of mechanical safety and electrical licensees with the fire marshal to assist inspectors in their duties
