Allows licensed advanced pharmacy technicians to engage in remote prescription processing under pharmacist supervision via electronic or other remote means

Removes the requirement for pharmacist name or initials to appear on labels for dispensed controlled drugs, while retaining other labeling requirements such as pharmacy information, prescriber name, and patient details

Changes license display requirements so pharmacist licenses must be "readily retrievable" rather than "conspicuously displayed," while pharmacy permits must still be posted

Expands the statutory definition of "practice of pharmacy" to explicitly include prescribing, ordering, administering, and interpreting laboratory tests and drugs within a pharmacist's scope of practice

Removes board of pharmacy authority to require additional credentials or approval for pharmacists participating in collaborative pharmacy practice agreements
