Adds a new exception to New Hampshire's existing prohibition on breast surgeries for minors, allowing procedures when elected by the minor in consultation with her primary care physician

Current law already permits breast surgeries for minors in cases of medical necessity, including gynecomastia, symptomatic macromastia, and congenital deformities of the breast or chest wall

The new exception would allow elective breast surgery for female minors without requiring a medical diagnosis or condition

Takes effect 60 days after passage
