Prohibits camping, erecting tents, or sleeping on private property without written permission from the owner or the owner's continuous presence and consent in municipalities with populations greater than 10,000 residents

Exempts licensed campgrounds and recreational camping parks regulated under RSA 216-I from the prohibition

Allows law enforcement to enforce the prohibition without obtaining a formal no-trespass order from the property owner

Establishes violations as a violation-level offense for individuals or a misdemeanor for other entities, with violators liable for restoration costs for any damage to private land

Takes effect January 1, 2027
