Re-establishes a commission to study the economic impact of arts and culture in New Hampshire and recommend ways the state can enhance and expand this economic sector

Commission membership includes 17 members: 3 House representatives, 1 Senator, representatives from the state council on the arts, department of business and economic affairs, department of cultural resources divisions, and members from arts organizations including Arts4NH, NH Theatre Alliance, League of NH Craftsmen, and White Mountains Attractions Association

Governor appoints representatives from performing arts, art museums, and history museums; legislative members receive mileage reimbursement at the legislative rate

Commission must hold its first meeting within 45 days of the act's effective date, with 9 members constituting a quorum, and submit findings and legislative recommendations by November 1, 2026

The commission automatically dissolves on November 1, 2026, when the authorizing statute is repealed
