Establishes a New Hampshire-Greece trade council to advance bilateral trade and investment, address policy issues of mutual interest, and promote business and academic exchanges between New Hampshire and Greece

Council membership includes 2 senators, 2 house members, commissioner of business and economic affairs, secretary of state, representatives from the Business and Industry Association, Division of Economic Development, University System of New Hampshire, and 2 governor-appointed public members

Creates a non-lapsing New Hampshire-Greece trade council fund in the state treasury to cover administrative costs and council purposes

Authorizes the council to raise funds through solicitation, fundraising events, and accept gifts, grants, and bequests from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies

Takes effect 60 days after passage
