Prohibits New Hampshire's division of vital records from sharing certain personal information with the CDC when reporting fetal deaths, including parents' names, birth month and day, medical record numbers, and residential/mailing addresses or zip codes

Permits the division to release only the parents' birth year and the date of fetal delivery to the CDC

Updates terminology on fetal death forms by replacing "maiden surname" with "name prior to first marriage or civil union"

Fiscal impact determined to be less than $10,000 annually from fiscal years 2026 through 2029

Takes effect upon passage
