Mandates that group and blanket health insurance policies in New Hampshire cover services performed by licensed naturopathic doctors (currently optional under RSA 415:18-w)

Coverage required when the service is within the naturopath's scope of practice and would be reimbursed if performed by another type of healthcare provider

Prohibits insurers from imposing higher co-payments, deductibles, or coinsurance on naturopathic services compared to similar benefits from other providers

Insurers retain authority to apply their standard medical necessity determinations, credentialing requirements, and contracting provisions

Takes effect 60 days after passage
