Increases penalties for willfully attempting to elude law enforcement by speeding up, extinguishing headlamps while in motion, or abandoning a vehicle during pursuit

Requires mandatory license suspension of at least 6 months for drivers convicted of these eluding behaviors

Imposes a mandatory minimum sentence of 5 consecutive days in the house of corrections that cannot be suspended or deferred

Amends RSA 265:4 (Disobeying an Officer) to add the new penalty provisions

Effective date of January 1, 2027
