Formally adopts the New Hampshire State Plane Coordinate System (NHSPCS) based on the most recent National Geodetic Survey (NGS) system and National Spatial Reference System (NSRS)

Prohibits use of the New Hampshire coordinate system of 1983 for projects commenced after the new NHSPCS is released for public use by NGS

Changes the standard unit of measurement from U.S. survey feet to international feet (defined as exactly 0.3048 meters) for the new coordinate system

Requires licensed land surveyors to include a statement on record plats or survey descriptions specifying the coordinate system basis and survey method used when recording coordinates in public land records

Restricts use of coordinate system terminology on maps, surveys, and documents to only those coordinates based on the officially defined systems in state law
