Requires one of the six dentist members on the New Hampshire Board of Dental Examiners to be a general dentist, effective September 1, 2026

Expands the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification's authority to issue temporary licenses from only health care professionals to any profession regulated by a board or the office

Temporary licenses for out-of-state professionals remain valid for 120 days or until the office acts on a full licensure application, whichever comes first

Applicants must present evidence of an active license in good standing from another jurisdiction to qualify for a temporary license

Fiscal impact determined to be less than $10,000 per year from FY2026 through FY2029
