Modifies educational requirements for CPA certification to accept a post-baccalaureate degree, a baccalaureate degree plus 30 additional semester credit hours, or a baccalaureate degree alone, all with an accounting concentration approved by the board

Allows CPA exam candidates to sit for the examination up to 120 days before they expect to obtain their baccalaureate degree

Requires 2 years of experience for candidates with only a baccalaureate degree, and 1 year for candidates with a post-baccalaureate degree or baccalaureate plus 30 additional credit hours

Replaces the "substantial equivalency" standard with a "comparable" standard when evaluating foreign accountancy designations for CPA certificate issuance

Removes the specific date-based educational requirement phases previously in the law and updates the Uniform Accountancy Act reference to include future amendments
