Exempts the sale of the Anna Philbrook Center for Children from RSA 4:39-a requirements, which govern New Hampshire hospital real estate transactions

The Anna Philbrook Center for Children property at 105 Pleasant Street, Concord must be sold at fair market value following completion of a client transition plan

Property must be offered first to the city of Concord, then to Merrimack County; if neither accepts by January 1, 2026, a request for proposals must be issued

Sale must be completed no later than June 30, 2027, with all proceeds deposited into the general fund

Quarterly progress reports on the sale must be submitted to the fiscal committee of the general court
