Establishes a legislative study committee to examine school bullying and methods to prevent it

Committee consists of 4 members: 1 senator appointed by the senate president and 3 house representatives appointed by the speaker

Members receive mileage reimbursement at the legislative rate for committee duties; 3 members constitute a quorum

First meeting must be held within 45 days of the act's effective date, called by the first-named senate member

Committee must submit findings and legislative recommendations by November 1, 2026 to legislative leadership, the governor, and the state library
