Increases the base cost per pupil for an adequate education from $4,100 to $7,356.01, effective July 1, 2027

Updates the biennium reference from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2027 for calculating adequate education funding

Expands the definition of adequate education to explicitly include specific resource elements: teachers, teacher benefits, student-teacher ratios, principals, administrative assistants, school counselors, library-media specialists, technology coordinators, custodians, nurse services, instructional materials, technology, professional development, facilities operation and maintenance, and transportation

Requires the general court to update the cost of an adequate education at least every 2 years using evidence from actual costs from all approved schools
