Directs the New Hampshire Department of Education to create an education funding data and transparency reporting system with longitudinal data spanning at least 10 years on funding allocations, disbursements, and expenditures at the school, district, and intermediate unit levels

Requires data visualization dashboards that allow simulation of changes to the funding formula, including adjusting weights and measures, accessible to the legislature and governor's office

Mandates the system include advanced analytics capabilities such as machine learning, predictive analytics for forecasting, and natural language processing for analyzing text documents like surveys and grants

Requires both public-facing dashboards with aggregate data and restricted dashboards with role-based permissions that comply with federal student privacy laws (FERPA)

Appropriates $900,000 for fiscal year 2027 to create the system and $500,000 annually thereafter for ongoing operation and maintenance, with funds being nonlapsing; effective date July 1, 2026
