Family caregiver support services may include counseling, education and training, peer support, and caregiver assessment to help caregivers provide care in home and community settings

Eliminates the child care scholarship cost share for children in kinship care, meaning households where all enrolled children are cared for by a caretaker relative pay no cost share

Expands child care scholarship work requirement exemptions to include individuals who have reached Social Security Administration retirement age

Requires child care providers offering preventive and protective services to receive evidence-based trauma-informed care training at no cost to the provider
