Adds a new definition of "entity" to identity fraud statutes, covering corporations, LLCs, trusts, partnerships, associations, and government bodies including state, county, and municipal subdivisions

Expands "personal identifying information" to include logos or other marks used to identify an entity, in addition to existing individual identifiers like social security numbers and account numbers

Extends all identity fraud prohibitions to cover posing as an entity, not just individuals, including obtaining entity information without authorization or posing as an entity to defraud or obtain confidential information

Redefines "victim" to include entities whose identifying information was unlawfully obtained or that suffered financial loss from identity fraud

Takes effect January 1, 2027, with indeterminable fiscal impact on state and local expenditures due to potential changes in prosecution and incarceration costs
