Prohibits the sale of hemp-derived products containing more than 0.3% THC (including delta-8, delta-9, and other THC isomers) and bans persons under 21 from purchasing, possessing, or consuming any hemp-derived THC products

Establishes penalties for possession violations: $100 fine for first offense (violation), and class B misdemeanor with $300-$1,200 fine for subsequent offenses, plus forfeiture of the product

Imposes fines up to $20,000 for corporations or unincorporated associations convicted of misdemeanor violations, and up to $1,000 for violations

Requires liquor licensees to comply with the hemp-derived THC product prohibitions and prohibits use of licensed premises for purposes contrary to the law

Takes effect January 1, 2027
