Modifies the funding formula for New Hampshire's Division of Travel and Tourism by adding Municipal Revenue Fund transfers back into the meals and rooms tax revenue calculation used to determine the Division's budget

Division of Travel and Tourism budget must be funded at no less than 3.15% of the adjusted net meals and rooms tax income from the most recently completed fiscal year

Based on FY 2024 figures, the change would increase the Division's funding baseline from $10.2 million to $14.3 million, an increase of approximately $4.1 million

Takes effect 60 days after passage, with fiscal impact not expected until the FY 2028-2029 operating budget cycle
