Creates the "Eat Local Act" establishing a voluntary registry of New Hampshire farms maintained by the Department of Business and Economic Affairs, including farm names, locations, contact information, and agricultural products offered

Provides a business profits tax credit for grocery stores that purchase at least 10 percent of their total annual product inventory (by cost) from registered New Hampshire farms and reduce the sale price of those items by 10 percent

Sets the tax credit amount at 10 percent of total payments made to registered farms for qualifying products during the taxable period

Limits the credit to the business's tax liability for that period, with unused portions allowed to carry forward for up to 5 consecutive taxable periods

Takes effect July 1, 2026
