Removes the requirement that applicants licensed or applying after January 1, 1996 must pass part 4 of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners examination

Requires all applicants licensed after January 1, 1990 to pass only parts 1, 2, and 3 of the national written clinical competency examinations

Adds a new requirement that applicants must pass an ethics and jurisprudence examination administered by the New Hampshire Board of Chiropractic Examiners

Takes effect 60 days after passage

Fiscal impact is less than $10,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2029
