Allows alternative treatment centers to acquire and use CBD and other hemp-derived non-intoxicating cannabinoids from sources outside New Hampshire for manufacturing cannabis concentrates and cannabis-infused products

Requires all non-intoxicating cannabinoids and products manufactured from them to be tested for contaminants and cannabinoid profile according to state regulations

Prohibits alternative treatment centers from using hemp-derived products containing natural THC greater than 0.3 percent dry weight, including delta-8 THC, delta-9 THC, or other THC isomer variants

Bans the use of synthetic THC in any formulation and any amount by alternative treatment centers

Takes effect 60 days after passage
