Excludes these home addresses from the definition of "government record," making them confidential information not subject to public disclosure

Requires custodians of government records to redact the home addresses of covered public safety employees from any documents before granting public access

Allows exceptions for government agencies carrying out official functions, courts, law enforcement agencies, and private parties seeking to enforce court-ordered child support payments

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
