Requires all basic life support ambulances and volunteer first aid, rescue, and ambulance squad vehicles to be equipped with epinephrine auto-injector devices

Mandates that these vehicles be staffed by at least one emergency medical technician certified to administer epinephrine auto-injectors

Clarifies that the bill does not supersede or affect any federal or state laws, rules, or regulations regarding ambulance staffing levels

Authorizes the Commissioner of Health to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the requirements

Takes effect 180 days after enactment
