Department of Health must create a public searchable database on its website listing penalized clinical laboratories, including names, addresses, and duration of restrictions

Any entity that conducts business with a laboratory listed in the database faces a 5-year ban from receiving state funds, grants, loans, or doing business with state-funded entities
