Requires the Office of the Attorney General to create and maintain notices, pamphlets, and informational materials listing all weapons, accessories, ammunition types, and modifications (including barrel, stock, grip, scope, magazine, and muzzle modifications) that are illegal or banned in New Jersey

Mandates all materials be available on the Attorney General's website in the five most commonly spoken languages in the state, including digital and printable versions

Requires real estate licensees to include the web address for banned weapons information in all residential and commercial sales contracts and leases

Directs the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to publish a link to the Attorney General's banned weapons materials on its website for all applicants

Requires all institutions of higher education in the state to provide enrolled students with an online link to the banned weapons information materials
