Expands the scope of school district anti-bullying policies to explicitly cover school board members, school employees, contracted service providers who have contact with students, students, and school volunteers

Specifically includes athletic program personnel under the policy, such as coaches, assistant coaches, athletic trainers, and any other individual in a position of authority affiliated with school athletics

Takes effect immediately upon enactment and applies beginning with the first full school year following passage

Amends P.L.2002, c.83 (C.18A:37-15), which currently requires anti-bullying policies to apply on school property, at school-sponsored functions, and on school buses, but does not specify which individuals are subject to the policies
