Requires the Director of the Division of Revenue and Department of Human Services to conduct a judgment search before releasing unclaimed property to determine if the claimant owes unpaid child support

If a claimant is identified as a child support judgment debtor, the Treasury must notify them and surrender or retain the property upon receiving a lien or levy notice from Human Services

Grants child support claims priority over all other levies and garnishments against unclaimed property proceeds, staying distribution to the claimant until the child support obligation is satisfied

Provides immunity to the administrator from federal or state liability for disclosing information to Human Services, holding property, or taking other good faith actions to enforce child support obligations
