Amends New Jersey's behavioral health crisis services system (P.L.2022, c.35) to explicitly include postpartum depression alongside mental health conditions and substance use disorders

Requires the 9-8-8 suicide prevention and behavioral health crisis hotline to provide crisis intervention services and care coordination for individuals experiencing postpartum depression

Mandates the Commissioner of Human Services to collaborate with postpartum depression treatment providers to ensure coordination with crisis hotline centers and mobile crisis response teams

Expands legislative findings to recognize that untreated postpartum depression can significantly affect quality of life for individuals and their families

Includes postpartum depression in the state's goals of improving access to behavioral health services, reducing stigma, and promoting equity in diagnosis and treatment
