Amends New Jersey's Landowners' Liability Act (P.L.1968, c.73) to add rock climbing, bouldering, and ice climbing to the definition of "sport and recreational activities"

Landowners who grant free access to their property for these climbing activities would receive the same liability protections already extended for activities like hiking, camping, hunting, and skiing

Under existing law, landowners allowing unpaid recreational access are not considered to have assured premises are safe, do not owe a duty of care as to an invitee, and do not assume liability for injuries
