Eliminates the six-month waiting period before applying for expungement when charges were dismissed through supervisory treatment, conditional discharge, or conditional dismissal programs, allowing immediate applications after disposition

Removes the bar that prevented expungement of a criminal conviction if the person previously or subsequently had charges dismissed through completion of a supervisory treatment or diversion program

Amends N.J.S.2C:52-6 and N.J.S.2C:52-14 to expand eligibility for criminal record expungement

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
