Creates the "Internet Predator Investigation and Prosecution Fund" as a non-lapsing fund within the Department of Treasury to support investigation and prosecution of internet predators who target children

Imposes a mandatory $200 assessment on every person convicted of computer criminal activity or any sex offense, collected in addition to other fines and fees

Directs the Attorney General to award grants from the fund to county prosecutor's offices for training and equipment needed to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to arrange meetings with children for criminal purposes

Establishes collection procedures through county probation divisions, municipal courts, or the Department of Corrections, with funds forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit into the fund

Amends existing law to specify the priority order for applying collected moneys, placing this assessment alongside other mandatory penalties and fees
