Voids and makes unenforceable non-compete agreements that restrict physicians from practicing medicine in any geographic area after ending a partnership, employment, or professional relationship

Permits non-compete clauses when physicians move between similarly-sized organizations (either both with 30+ physicians or both with 30 or fewer physicians)

Allows non-competes for physicians leaving federally qualified health centers, limited to a 5-mile radius for no more than 4 years

Preserves non-compete enforcement when a hospital system or practice provided the physician a "unique incentive" (such as signing bonuses over $50,000, starting new programs, or opening new laboratories) that is expressly identified in the contract

Applies only to contracts entered into on or after the bill's effective date
