Requires all health insurance policies and contracts in New Jersey to cover annual prostate cancer screening in accordance with nationally recognized clinical practice guidelines, removing the previous limitation to groups larger than 49 persons

Eliminates all cost-sharing requirements including deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments for prostate cancer screening benefits

Expands covered individuals beyond the previous law's age-specific requirements (previously only men 50+ or men 40+ with family history/risk factors) to align with current clinical guidelines

Applies to all types of health coverage including health service corporations, hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, HMOs, individual policies, small employer plans, and state/school employee health benefits plans

Defines "nationally recognized clinical practice guidelines" as evidence-based guidelines developed by independent organizations using transparent methodology with conflict-of-interest policies and systematic evidence review
