Requires delivery sellers to obtain a signature from someone at least 18 years old residing at the delivery address, and packages must clearly indicate they contain weight loss or muscle building products

Imposes civil penalties up to $750 for violations, assessed against the specific retail location where the violation occurred rather than the parent chain

Exempts protein powders, protein drinks, and protein-containing foods unless they contain additional ingredients that independently qualify as weight loss or muscle building supplements

Does not apply to products prescribed by a licensed health care professional authorized to prescribe such supplements under state and federal law
