Defines anti-obesity medication as FDA-approved prescription drugs for chronic weight management in individuals who are obese or overweight with at least one weight-related medical condition

Takes effect on the first day of the seventh month following enactment, with the State Treasurer and Commissioner of Human Services authorized to adopt implementing regulations
