Authorizes pharmacists, pharmacy interns, pharmacy externs, and pharmacy technicians to administer drugs to patients 18 years of age or older when appropriately educated and qualified, including vaccines pursuant to prescriptions, standing orders, or government-sponsored immunization programs

Permits qualified pharmacists, pharmacy interns, externs, and technicians to administer influenza vaccines and COVID-19 vaccines to patients five years of age or older, with parental or guardian permission required for patients under 18

Requires pharmacy interns, externs, and technicians administering immunizations to work under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist pre-approved by the New Jersey State Board of Pharmacy

Mandates that all vaccine doses administered by pharmacists, interns, externs, or technicians be reported to the New Jersey Immunization Information System for inclusion in the patient's registry

Authorizes the Board of Pharmacy and Board of Medical Examiners to adopt regulations effective immediately upon filing for up to 18 months
