Requires the Attorney General to release bias incident data monthly on the Department of Law and Public Safety website, in addition to the existing annual report requirement

Defines "bias incident" as a suspected or confirmed violation of the bias intimidation statute (C.2C:16-1), which covers offenses directed against persons or groups based on race, color, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, or ethnicity

Amends existing law (P.L.2007, c.303) that already requires the Attorney General to maintain a central repository for bias crime information collected from municipal and county law enforcement agencies

Current law requires law enforcement agencies to submit quarterly reports on bias crimes to the Attorney General; this bill increases public transparency by mandating more frequent data releases
