Creates the 15-member "New Jersey COVID-19 Long-Term Health Effects Task Force" to study long-term COVID-19 effects on racial and ethnic minorities, with a final report due within one year

Directs the Department of Health to develop continuing education courses for healthcare professionals on long-term COVID-19 effects and methods to inform patients, including asymptomatic individuals

The act expires one year after the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency
