Requires licensed physicians and health care practitioners providing perinatal care to refer patients for endometriosis evaluation if they have been diagnosed with preeclampsia and subsequently show symptoms of endometriosis

Mandates obstetric care providers to give patients educational information developed by the New Jersey Department of Health about endometriosis warning signs and symptoms, and inform them of the benefits of evaluation

Requires the Commissioner of Health to develop educational materials on endometriosis in consultation with the Endometriosis Foundation of America and other community-based organizations

Obstetric care providers receiving referrals must perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients who receive a positive endometriosis diagnosis

Takes effect 180 days after enactment, with the Board of Medical Examiners responsible for adopting rules and regulations to implement the requirements
